David Zylberger, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Anesthesiology in the Department of Anesthesiology at the Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City. Dr. Zylberger also serves as an attending in the division of Pain Medicine for the New York Presbyterian Hospital.

Dr. Zylberger received his medical degree at the New York Medical College in New York. He served his Internal Medicine internship at Beth Israel Medical Center, completed his Anesthesiology residency at Stony Brook University Medical Center, and completed a Pain Management fellowship at the Westchester County Medical Center, all in New York.

Dr. Zylberger is a member of the New York State Society of Anesthesiologists, the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the American Pain Society, the Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Society of America, and the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. Additionally, he has received a number of awards and honors, including the Physician’s Recognition Award 2004–2007, the 2008 Congressional Medal of Distinction, and 2009 America’s Best Doctors (Anesthesiology and Pain Management). Dr. Zylberger has also served as Principal Investigator for the "Chronic Pain Registry" clinical effectiveness study of chronic pain management interventions and outcomes, and served as principal investigator and sub-investigator for several other studies.
